Dr. Pemberton is an angel. Of the 17 doctors my wife dealt with, Pemberton was by far the most understanding and patient. Thanks Pemberton!

They are open Monday thru Friday and one Saturday a month only with only a few late nights. Which makes it very difficult to get an appointment unless you take off work because the Saturdays are booked. I had to switch Ob Gyns because of this. The online patient portal is nice. However every time I've had a appointment, I had to wait a few months to get my results and had to call to inquire to get them posted for review. Also the front office is nice but when you go in the back it's seems very cluttered.

I believe that customer service is the foundation of any business . With that said I was elated with the level of customer service at this doctors office. When I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting the staff was polite and professional . I was at awe, I was dazed by the effort and personal touch that was put into designing this office space it was obvious that there cliental was of prime importance to them.
The first thing I noticed about Dr. Pemberton was her infectious smile and warming personality. I had a few things to discuss with her and she made me feel very comfortable about my present situation. She was patient and listened to every detail. As I looked around the room it was obvious that it was up to date with all the latest technology. Dr Pemberton was very knowledgeable and my experience there was like no other. I'm glad to honestly say that she has a loyal client.
