Can't get through to anyone. When anyone picks up the phone, I am transferred to voice mail. I leave a message, but NO ONE gets back to me. I need my prescriptions refilled. I am almost all out of them. I told them this during my last visit. The doctor delegated it to a nurse. The nurse did nothing about it. I requested my blood and urine test results be sent to me. Ten days later, I still haven't gotten them. The doctor called me on Thursday to discuss the results. I could not answer. I called back, but she was already gone. She won't be back for another week. This is ridiculous!

I am please with the staff,professional and prompt service and, will certainly recommend this medical office to my friends and family. My experience with my last doctor kept me away from visiting a doctor for a long time. Also I'm very comfortable with the doctors and staff.

Dr Smith is an amazing doctor. I have been seeing him for about 12 years. He is always there for me when I need him. Whenever I leave a message for him to call me back about something, he calls me right away. When I come for a follow up, he always asks how I'm doing and how I am feeling. I needed to see ENT and allergist and Dr Smith sat with me and helped me find one that takes my insurance. The staff members are really amazing. I recommend this practice.

They are the best team...they are efficient with appointments, scheduling and Dr. Smith is the best...he always knows what right drugs to prescribe. He takes his time to explain what the drug does.I was 30 years in medicine and Arsenio Medical is highly recommended by me.

I have always had nice a wonderful experience anytime I go to this office.... The girls are cortuious and very accommodating last minutes appointment... My overall experience is very good. I appreciate my Dr's and the staff. Dr Yee... Dr Smith... You guys are the BEST!!! Thanks Menu!
