I just wanted to say that they helped out yesterday, we had a squirrel in the house they did an amazing job. The two technicians Matthew and Howard, both came to the house. My wife was home alone so they were extremely professional but very friendly as well. They came in they assess the situation then took care of the problem, they walk through the entire house just to double check everything. They are very efficient, very professional and they also came back, they also gave us recommendations on how best to protect the home and different ideas of what to do. They did a fantastic job, i would always recommend them and we will see if necessary in the future we will always use them thanks very much.

Had two ant colonies (nests) in our home. Knowledgeable Arrow exterminator informed us what treatments he was going to apply and how long it would take to wipe out each nest. The treatments worked and the time forecast was accurate. Now we use Arrow insect "prevention services" to keep invasive insects from entering our home.

Very dependable. Did a great job on getting rid of termites, carpenter bees and ants.

I have been especially pleased with the technicians who cared for my house. They adapted to my schedule, were always pleasant and kept me informed on any potential problems. In all the years the only problem was when one of the technicians refused to check the attic when I knew a raccoon had been there. A supervisor came and verified the raccoon had indeed been in the attic.
