Around The Clock Taxi

I am forced to give this horrible company one star since there's no option for zero stars. Expect to wait at least half an hour to forty five minutes- and thats not during peak hours! I lost a job opportunity because of them picking me up late, I've waited multiple times in the freezing cold and rain for over an hour, and when i call to ask whats going on, the rude woman at dispatch says "Oh they didnt get you yet? I'll put you next when the drivers are cleared" REALLY?? I have HAD IT with this awful company. And usually when I'm in the cab i hear them giving the drivers orders for breakfast or coffee to bring back. Because thats much more important right??? They are the only cabs around but that doesn't mean they can screw around with people's time and not give a damn. I would say NEVER AGAIN but i have no other options. Better off taking the bus and walking, you'll get wherever your going faster than waiting for these people.

It's so crazy how awful their customer service is.Its surprising that no matter how long you use them for,they are always so rude.they make you wait an eternity to get picked up and on top of it they get super upset when you call to ask them if you are still getting picked up . The dispatchers are super rude and have no respect when speaking to you ,always very nasty ,and they always rip you off . The owner of this company used to be my costumer at my old job , and he knew how bad it was and he never tryed to do anything about costumer service or the fact that his cars are falling apart , please if you need a ride do not use them .

Horrible service. Called them on more than one occasion for a ride to work and was late to work both times. They showed 30-45 mins late and then made stops to pick up other passengers before they took me to my destination. The do what they want because they are the only cab service in town and they know it. They have really good drivers that are serviceable and courteous but ownership really needs to do more to accommodate their customers

I dont have a problem with the taxi company itself...I use them daily but the cab driver named "Mike" who picked me up tonight 5/16 from work at family dollar and drove me home just ripped me off !!! Those who know me know I tip a dollar for all trips in town and 2 bucks to surrounding areas!! Mind u we us this taxi sometimes 2or 3 times a day!! And in the dark I accidently handed him a 20 dollar bill and a quarter and said give me back 2 bucks...thinking it was a 5!!! I know what I had for sure and when I got home I realized it and called immediatley and was kinda disgusted that he denied having any extra 20!!! Please believe me...I wouldnt make a big deal if I wasnt sure!!! He knows what he did..and hope hes proud to rip off a hard working single mother who relies on taxis to get around!! Well thanks for reading...and please beware of people like "Mike"!!!! Rest a sure...he will never receive a tip from me again nor from friends and family from here on out!!! His loss!!!!

I do like the owners of this company. They really want people to like their business and they don't put up with rude dispatchers. I have used this company even before their change from Access. The greatest driver is "Peanuts" his real name is Frank but he is the best and most courteous. The owner reads these feed backs so help keep him informed.
