I used this bakery when I was throwing a birthday party with guests who keep kosher. This place is certified Kosher by Queens Vaad. So there is no question about credibility. Your most religious Jewish in-laws would approve.
I was a little scared of a cake with non-dairy cream but it tasted fine. It's not a buttery heavenly melt in your mouth kind of cake but it was more than good enough for a 4 year old's birthday party and nothing to be scared of. The cake looks OK. Not fancy or beautiful.
Tatiana who helped me was kind and helpful. I changed the kind of sponge and added fresh strawberry after I ordered. She didn't give me a hard time. I'm glad that I was able to find a cake every guest could eat and enjoy.
