Arnold store is just perfect when you don't have that much to spend on a bike and you're not thrilled by fency chemsy bike stores. Don't get me wrong he has a nice variety of choice in terms of bikes. Arnold is exactly as described,a good listener and he doesn't try to sell you a tone of gear. I bought my bike from him a year ago and I just love it

Forget about big box stores and the flashy high-end local bike shops, this is what its about. Courteous, professional but yet down to earth and realistic. Arnold is a gem! Easy to talk to and he is willing to listen. No fast talk & hard sales here. B/c my cash budget was very limited he was willing to make a deal & that speaks volumes in itself. Go ahead and check out the websites of the other shops and then please give Arnold a visit. This is a great way to support a small neighborhood shop while saving money. he sells a wide range of bikes to fit real budgets. Thank you Arnold!!!

This place is nice. The elder man who works there (the owner I think he's Arnold), is very nice and helpful. He does little things for the right price, some other shop want to charge way too much for what I need to be done to my bike. It only took less then a minute to do. He answer all questions with a smile. Some other shop answer questions with a you annoying me look. Now I will be going to him and I'm coming from parkslope. I happen to stop by this shop because it is right next door to my favorites vietnamese sandwich shop. I glad I did. Go to this shop for a very minor to huge problems he will take care of you with a fair price and always happy. Good shop.

arnold is amazing and can fix anything!! he's phenominal and super knowledgable. awesome little neighborhood shop
