Our experience with Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning was really great. One of the best companies I have dealt with. We faced major issues with both of our air condition machines that needed replacement. After consulting a few companies, we finally selected Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning. They did a fabulous job, moreover; we appreciate the quality of the job, their manner, professionalism. We will definitely call them next time.

I am very pleased with the service from Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning. I used them for an air conditioning unit installation job in our Staten Island home. The experienced crew finished the job without any mess. I will highly recommend them for any cooling or heating job.

I was having trouble with my central air conditioning. After calling Arnica they sent a repair man out the same day. He was able to make the repairs and got my air conditioning working in no time. The repair man was very professional, and polite. The staff at the office called afterward to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend Arnica, excellent service and reasonable prices.

In the depths of a cold February, my heating system stopped working. Arnica Heating and Air, which installed the gas furnace in 2007, responded promptly to my call for service. Replacement parts were promptly ordered and obtained, restoring the unit. The service technicians did a thorough job testing all components of the heating system, including the ducts and gas line. The office staff proved to be courteous and helpful throughout the ordeal.
