The customer service. They were very friendly and were compensating for what I needed. I always go back there for any army related needs.

F*** you and your shipping/return policy!

I bought a Condor Combat shirt in size medium and it did not fit, I needed a large instead. I needed to to return the item and I requested since I immediately purchased 2 Condor shirts from them when I found out that the medium did not fit to please send a prepaid shipping label to help with my costs on sending the medium back. They refused to send me a label saying this was their "policy", and they like that policy.

When I asked further about returning my item they informed me that I also would not be refunded my shipping money that I paid for on the original item that was the medium shirt. The shipping was $7.99. The bill from Army Navy for that shirt was a straight $39.00, the shipping and the original item cost were NOT separate. However, due to their "policy" I will only be receiving a credit for $31.00, not $39.00. So, like my title says; F*** you and your shipping/return policy Army Navy. I lost $15 dollars in shipping even though I tried to work with them to help out the burden on the costs for both our sides. All the rude customer service lady had to say was, "should have read our "policy". In my opinion that's a great way to quickly put yourself out of business, because I know after those two large Condor shirts I will NOT be ordering from you again. EVER!!!

SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!

First off, jacket was somewhat nice quality, it was from ROTHCO, so I thought ok why not. The second I put the jacket on, the top right pocket button BROKE!

Also, the sizes run a bit large which I read on the internet, so I ordered a Medium and that is still too big. I tried to call to get an RMA number (to exchange for smaller size) and they never answer the phone. Its always busy. They don't answer any emails. Their Facebook page hasn't been updated since 2014.

Not happy with the jacket or customer service. Should have bought from ROTHCO or Alpha maybe they would have better customer service.

This store is one of the best by far, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It has one of the best celections of tactical gear that I've seen in any Army Navy stores in the NYC area and if they don't have it in stock, they are more than happy to order it from their extensive collection

They had great service and had a good selection but didn't have the best boots but still a very good place. Bought some BDU's gonna give them a go and see how they last. It seems like good products and hopefully they are. For my first time purchasing items from this store it was great.
