As a current tenant under this group I HIGHLY recommend renting from ANY other group if at all possible. The staff is incompetent, rude, and only willing to help if nagged incessantly. I often receive different (and frequently, it turns out, INCORRECT) bits of information from employees each time I call the office; subsequently, even small issues take what seems like forever to resolve. The interview process was treacherous and not worth the mediocre, if sub-par renting experience. There are thousands upon thousands of other LLCs to rent from in Manhattan. Save yourself the headache and the trouble and steer clear of ARM Capital Resources Inc.

do not trust these people. we have lived in one of their units for over two years, only because it is semi-affordable. (we would move if we could afford higher rent, but unfortunately this company seems to take advantage of the fact that they rent to people with low incomes.) they are difficult to get in touch with, keep terrible records (ie, will lose your check, ask you to write another, and later find the original), and do not supply steady heat/hot water. heat is "included" in the rent price, but boilers in their buildings are often out of repair. we have had little to no heat or hot water for the past two weeks. this company also does not pay their electric bills, as we see threats to turn off all power to the building posted on a regular basis. any attempts to reach these people via phone will connect you with a full message box where you cannot leave a message. avoid at all costs.
