This company honestly sucks. Use some other company. theyre a computer store and then dont even know what a screen cover is! What is he stupid?

I called this company regarding a laptop which didn't work and I have been told that it will cost me $45 in order to know what's the problem. If, further, I wanted to have the computer repaired, I would have had to pay the repair costs and have the $45 tax deducted. After 3-4 days I have been told that the computer have a problem related to the power connector and "they don't do such repair". I got my laptop back with a notice attached: "Dead" - which I already knew - for which it seems I paid $45. They do not take CC - only cash or checks. Bad service. Bad business.
