One of the worst contractors out there. The owner Adnan Khan is unprofessional. He hires people right off the street without checking if they are any good. I have had to pay $5000 in out of pocket costs because of the water damage done to the inside of my office. I was unable to get in touch with Adnan after the damage happened. I wanted him to see the damage and call his insurance company but he has not returned my calls. The work done on my roof was poor and dealing with Mr. Khan was a nightmare. If I had know I would be dealing with his team I would have withdrawn my bid. I suggest that you do not hire ARK Builders from NY/PA because you will not get the quality work you think you will get for the money being paid. Find a company that actually deserves your business.
