TERRIBLE!!!! was told order would be delivered in 30 mins, 90 mins later still no food. Called & Siddiqu (Sadeek). Told me that I was rude & sometimes The staff is slow & I NEED TO BE PATIENT!!

The food was amazing ! I would order food every time after work and never had an issue with them . My mother whom was extremely ill asked for soup and I thought I should buy a salad with that as well, so two minutes go by and she tells me she did not want salad because there was chicken in it . I call the diner and the manager (I'm guessing since they put me on hold to have someone else talk to me) had an extremely rude attitude with me for asking to take the salad off my order ! Arguing with me saying they have already made the salad but how would they possibly do that within the two minute margin? He tells me he will not be taking any other orders from me and accusing me of repeatedly canceling my orders when this has been the first time . Very disappointed in this diner and will not remain a continuous customer from now on .

I always order from this dinner and loved it until recently although every time I order, my same meal is a different price. I called to place a order for delivery and the women taking the order had absolutely no knowledge of the menu. She was in a hurry to rush me off the phone not wanting to answer my question about the menu items. She put me on hold and I eventually hung up after so long. Not only is the only reason 1 will not ever be ordering here earlier that week I placed an order for delivery for a sandwich with cheese. She specifically asked what cheese I wanted so it was no misunderstanding. When I received my order and my sandwich had NO cheese I called back and she asked if I would like them to deliver it I said yes. 30 mins later someone knocks on my door with 4 slices of cheese!! They did not bother to replace my sandwich with cheese but send me cheese for my now cold sandwich!! How was tht supposed to melt? Oh and let me not forget I ordered a strawberry shortcake and there was MOLD on the strawberries . Im am absolutely done with the Argonaut Dinner.

the food there is really good.... plenty of credit to the cooks... but the service...... terrible..... just sat at bar, took 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee and after laboring thru 45 minutes to get a sandwich... was never asked if I wanted another cup.... couldn't find waitress at all.... had to get busboy to wash out dregs and refill coffee..... forget about it if you want water.... food finally delivered... dumped and the waitress ran... had to flag down busboy for slaw that came with meal... got the guys next to me to let me use their ketchup, forget about it if I needed more water... and when I asked for my check she couldn't produce one...just gave the people around me their checks and ignored me.. had to go to counter and tell cashier what I ate........ never before today have I ever not left a tip...... this was awful service... food was good as usual..... but that service was downright rude, I felt so bad leaving there.... get takeout
