Worst car service I ever had. I called in advance to order a taxi. They told me an hour wait. Fine. An hour goes by and one is here. I call back. They say ten more minutes. I wait ten more minutes. I call again to speak to dispatcher. She's nice but I hear a guy in the back making mean remarks. They say ten more minutes. I'm freezing. Too late to call another taxi and risk waiting another hour. Horrible.

Great service when I called in for a lot-minute request. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Do not call this car service their costumer service sucks!!! I called Christmas morning in need of a car I totally understand its a very busy time I just needed a yes or no, after googling a couple of car service near me, I came across this number and called, first of all, the lady answer and immediately put me on hold, after being on hold for a little, she answered very rudely,I asked how long would it take for a car in so on so on address and she answer I don't have cars! I asked are you a car service? And she answered no I'm just here sitting down making money doing nothing, what kind of f*cking question was that????? How is that good costumer service??? I honestly wasn't sure I called the correct number. I understand she is upset because it must suck to work on Christmas day, but she shouldn't take it out on the customers. I got a car right after from another car service on the south shore.

Area's Two provided transportation for our private event and did an amazing job. They handled all the details and went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. Such nice & knowledgable drivers. I'd definitely recommend them!
