If you are lucky enough to have discovered this gym located in Sunset Park, then you are in for a great experience. There is a friendly and nurturing culture here which has been a tremendous help to me.
Trainers and boxers alike are kind, helpful, and respectful. It does not matter that I may not pick a up a technique right away because the trainers here will stay with me until I get it right. It has been a few weeks since I joined and my conditioning has steadily improved. This of course has other benefits in day to day life which has encourage me even more. They also have kids boxing classes as well as Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu which I am looking forward to participating in.

Probably the greatest gym in the world everyone here treats each other like family, trainers are patient and kind, you really get fit here.
