Pathetic. Company is 1 town over from my office and they haven't managed to make one single delivery on time. Additionally, the water cooler they've given us only works partially. For our most recent order of K-cups (something that we could just as easily go to Wal Mart and buy), the status has gone from "When your water is delivered," to "Next week," to "Next Monday," to "I don't know." I could have used the time I've spent on the phone nagging them to deliver our K-cups driving to the store and buying them myself. Really terrible business, can't do the one simple task it has set out to do.

Excellent Customer Service! Very Friendly and Attentive Staff! The Water has a very good taste too! Home Delivery Program is a terrific deal. I give it A+ rating. If you switch from another company to this one, like I did, you will be very pleased and your wallet will too!!!
