Arctic Air

My main floor A/C died and i was frantically calling places right and left- either no one was available or they were rude etc- I stumbled on Arctic Air and right away was impressed- i originally thought was simple refrigerant issue and would take 10 minutes to fix- however, was far more complex as main variable speed motor in the A/C handler - which should last 10 years- conked out suddenly - i had to special order this motor and have it overnighted

I noticed heat on sunday, arctic air came right away on monday, then as soon as AA got the motor they came and fixed A/C right away

My rundown

1. Extremely professional, friendly receptionist
2. Service Tech was Ted- was an expert in his trade and loved that he wore shoe covers- was highly knowledgeable and courteous- did an amazing job
3. Mike the owner credited me a large chunk of change on account of the need to wait for specialized motor to arrive
4. The name itself Arctic Air was just too cool to pass up- we were sweltering and the name and good reviews immediately caught my attention
5. AA sends emails when tech is en-route, when invoice is generated and when service call is complete

Overall great company and staff- keep up the good work!

Needed a new water heater installed pronto as my 20 year old one was shot. Started to leak and everything.

Called Arctic Air and asked if they could help me out, ASAP. The Tech Mike came and did an amazing job. He was extremely clean, very nice and communicative. Even went above and beyond and installed two new thermostats for me, even though he was here for just the water heater.

Arctic Air was extremely reasonable in price and gave us a great new unit, explained how to work the new unit and also the new wifi thermostats.

Mike also did an awesome clean-up job and laid cloth tarps over the entire house, where he worked.

Great job Artic Air and thank you Mike for the quick professional service. We can now take hot showers again and not have a flood in the basement.

I have a service contract with Arctic Air on the excellent Burnham Boiler they installed two years ago, when I did my oil to gas conversion with them. They are prompt, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They did my pre-season tune-up on my boiler as well as my central air system. Today Ted, one of their excellent service professionals, made an adjustment to the computer on my boiler. He worked quickly and efficiently and solved the problem. I am very pleased to have them as my service contractors.

It is now a year later, and they are still giving excellent on time service. I am happy to have a contract with them.

Danny and Tommy, replaced my heating unit yesterday. They were quick and clean. Went right to the task at hand, and were done by early afternoon. My home was left spotless, like they were not even there.
