Very disappointed in freshness and quality of this bakery. Have gone to Acros for many years and noticed that lately it has been not at ist best quality. I went there this morning and ordered a tosta mista and pataniscas de bacalhau also pao de chourico and oh my god how hard and old tasting everything was. The Pataniscas were overly fried and tasted old and the bread on both the tosta mistas and pao de chourico were old and hard. I would think everything would be fresh given the fact that it was 10 oclock in the morning. Very disappointed in their service as well, one of the owners are always super rude always looks like she has a sh*t face on.

One of the better pastries in town. Lots of great Portuguese treats done right. Theres quite a few places on the ave that do what they do but they dont do it as well. Their lunch and breakfast menu is pretty good too. I just dont recommend going there Sunday morning as it is usually packed with church going early birds and it might take a while to get your order through and even a table, but they do offer outside seating which isnt too common for the area.
