I just read Kaitlin Lopez's review. What she said is thoroughly incorrect. I have been going to Ann for 10 years for eyebrow threading and full body waxing, since she had been working at another place in Hackensack. She is a woman of great experience and skill. I recommend her to all of the peers in my life and have never left unhappy. If anything, post pictures of your eyebrows, before and after the threading, to show the "mistake" that Ann made because I find it very doubtful that she could have made such a grave mistake. Let others judge if you actually have "no eyebrows".

Do not go to Anna for eyebrow threading. I left with no eyebrows!! She sits all the way at the end and then told me she just cleaned them up. It took me years to grow beautiful thick brows and now I have NOTHING. Save your frustration and go to someone else.

Awesome service! The receptionist was great and nice. Even though I was a walk in for a brazilian wax, I was seen in 5 minutes or less. Pooja did my wax and she was excellent. She is a very personable person!

I went there to get my eyebrows done . The girl in the front desk Genesis was so nice , I told her I wanted to get my eyebrows done .. She said just go to the back .. and I got them done by joby . they are perfect! Will go there from now on. Only thing is parking is a bit uncomfortable
