Arbor Terrace of Middletown

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere. Dedicated staff and friendly environment. I felt like I was at a five star resort!

The owners are a bunch of thieves they have screwed all the contractors rehabbing this place, rent somewhere else. These are not good people, they have rebuilt this place very cheap and shabby to rip off your elderly relatives. It is a big group of investors not some family owned facility, they couldn't care less about your family, they just want your rent money.

I would rate Arbor Terr. a 5-1/2 star. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They made the transition from a private living quarters to a pleasant apartment lifestyle. The food,activities and surroundings help a new resident to feel secure and comfortable giving them the freedom to make individual choices. I would definitely tell family and friends about putting the word out to anyone that needs a nice clean home to sign up at Arbor Terr. of Middletown. I personally wish I could afford to live there myself. I go there on a daily basis and I am always treated like a family member.

I have lived at Arbor Terrace since February 2000. That makes me probably the sixth or seventh in longevity. It’s a beautiful, clean and secure facility nestled in a park like setting (especially in the back) that allows residents to commune with nature. There are plenty of activities going on here, so there is rarely time to be bored. The staff is friendly, caring, cooperative, compassionate, dedicated and professional. The thing I like most about living here is the family feeling that pervades the facility among staff and residents. The housekeeping and dining room staffs are the best, and I consider many of them to be almost LIKE members of my family. We have shared good times and bad, like any family does. And the executive staff always goes that extra step to try to accommodate your every need. I’m very happy here and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live. If you ever come for a visit or a tour, look me up or tell them Lou Fioto referred you with great praise. :-)

My parents moved into Arbor Terrace about 5 months ago. They were both welcomed in and felt at home immediately. The staff made the transition into this new lifestyle so natural that they were both happy with the change. They enjoyed the food, the activities and the warm and welcoming people, the residents as well as the staff. My dad, unfortunately, passed away two weeks ago but everyone there has rallied around my mom and truly cares for her. Even though I live ten minutes away, I know that my mom will not be alone. She is in a loving environment that will take care of her when I cannot be there.
