I would give 0 stars! Got my taxes done there, requested direct deposit. She had my refund check mailed to her establishment, cashed my check, took her fee and wrote another check to me. Said there was a "glitch" in the system. Which is obviously not what I asked for and probably illegal. Filing a complaint with BBB. Never going there again. Be aware.
