I worked with the agent named Cathy Moran at this realty. She is dishonest, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. If you receive no word whatsoever for a week after your offer was accepted, know that she used you as a leverage to get a higher bid. Do yourself a favor and stay away. There are many other qualified agents serving your needs better in this area.
