There is a disconnect between what they say they can do on the phone versus what they can really help with once you get there. Disappointing and they wasted my time.

This Place is great to buy small staff.
But be noted !!! if you buy expensive Items there is NO warranty and after you leave the store although you did not use the item even a minute you need to call the manufacture no customer service for defective items ...call manufacture. .

Think twice before you buy boiler , and expensive items from this store.

I needed a motorized valve for my boiler. I showed the gentleman the part number he gave me all I needed and referred me to a plumber to install it.

I was in that store about do do a huge store for about 3 of my buildings and there was a sales a man in there talking about some sort of price protection. It was early in the morning and the owner or who ever told him he ain't got to do shit. In such a rude way I left. Do not go to this place. If the owner is such a grinch make sure to give your business to much nicer better person. He could of told the sales person he does not want it instead of being so rude. I even asked the sales man exactly what he was selling and he told me nothing just making sure the electric price of the electric bill does not go up for the summer and it's free and does not go up. So I made sure apply to all 3 of my buildings. Turns out I was over paying. Never go here. Make sure so you give your business to someone else who is nice. Don't give people who do not deserve a business, BUSINESS!
