It took me months (Nov.-Jan) to get my bipap machine, only to be given the wrong equipment, I am still trying to get it corrected (Jan---??) When I call I get answered by someone in Philoppines and then promised the therapist will call me and no one calls. I am suffering, with bloody noses due to their mistake and constantly sneezing now. I feel like Im suffocating when using the machine, all because they read the prescription wrong. They dont even deserve one star in rating them. I feel they dont care about their customers.

WORST SERVICE..No one knows anything. And if they are having problems completing an order, no one will call you. They left my disabled mother in limbo without a walker for weeks. Please take heed to this review. I didn't and 4 weeks later, my mother still doesn't have a walker. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. EVER!!

I used apria for my son. His supplies came from the brooklyn supply. The attitudes from supervisors to phone representatives and district managers are unreal, subpar and less than professional. Its a living hell dealing with them. I never in 3 years of service got anything as ordered, timely and with out mutiple attempts, corrections and complaints. Supervisors are very nonchalant and brush off concerns. They ignore return and followup phone calls as well. They should be investigated by the joint commision than put out of business. Dealing with them was worst than my son being sick. They actually made me sick.. frustrated, annoyed and traumatized.

For a company that is in business to provide sick people with medical equipment they need, Apria's chaotic, inefficient, slipshod and unprofessional customer service--if not unethical is certainly immoral. I agree with the others who have posted. I am shocked that a national company this large with access to all the latest technology, is this backward.

This company is terrible. I am a strategy analyst at Memorial Sloan Kettering, and I can honestly say our institution does everything in our capacity to empower our patient and treat them with the greatest dignity. This company operates by an antithetical model. They treat patient with contempt and disdain, and it is shocking. After ankle surgery, I attempt to obtain a knee walker, and this company never contacted me after receiving my doctor's prescription. And when I attempted to troubleshoot, the call handler responded that "processing takes time" and "we will get back to you when we are ready". The alloted time to hear back would be after I no longer was on weight baring restriction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
