An insane nuisance to the Applied Housing buildings that are adjacent to it. As of this moment, their generators/central air (one or the other) is on so loud that my family can not even hear each other when we are yelling! NOTE: It's a Saturday, meaning THEY ARE NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING! Please, whatever you do, stay away from this building, you will never be able to sleep or even go to their headquarters for assistance! It is an inconvenience and a complete displeasure to live near this building, to have gone into this building, or to have sought out this company. It would be an honor if they left Hoboken and their raucous central air, that Applied Housing tenants do not have, left with them.

Horrible. They have the worst customer service and practically go out of their way to ruin your day. The worst is when their stuff breaks and they make you trek half way across hoboken to fix it. its absolutely ridiculous, they are rude and dont deserve anyone's business.

Definitely one of the worst management companies out there. Lived in 333 River Street, however, they consistently did shoddy repair work on appliances and just wanted to save a few bucks. Never could get in touch with them, and when you did they didn't want to talk. Avoid Hudson Square South, North, and 333 River.
