The service was absolutely horrendous. All of the employees were very rude and made sure to loudly embarrass anyone who did not speak fluent English or who made a minor mistake in filling out their form. Furthermore, the lines were very long because the employees were too busy chatting amongst themselves and laughing at other people to get anything done. In addition, there was no one giving proper instructions and many people were yelled at and threatened with having their appointment rescheduled when they were confused.
At the end of my appointment, when it was time to fill out the survey, the biometrics employee did not allow me to put "poor" for the quality of service. She took my survey away from me and made me fill out a new one with "excellent" as the response for all of the statements.
Overall, I did not meet a single decent employee for the whole two hours that I was there. I understand that the employees might have been frustrated, but their behavior was atrocious and inexcusable.
