My wife called Appliance Repair West New York for oven repair when our oven was not heating. The technician came as expected, and immediately checked it. It turned out that the igniter was defective and needed to be replaced. He completed the job quickly and I was happy with the results and the affordable rate.

We have an all-in-one washer and dryer at home. It's practical and occupies less space, but if one of the two appliances is problematic, we can't use the other one either. I was really frustrated that day because the appliance wouldn't even turn on. I did some research and found the number of Appliance Repair West New York. I explained what happened and the next morning the tech took care of the problem. He had to replace one of the parts, but the service didn't take long. He was particularly thorough and very polite, too. I want to thank this team for the fast turnaround and the expert washer and dryer repair work.

The pro from Appliance Repair West New York was on schedule for washing machine repair service. He was an excellent guy and did quick diagnoses. We were more than happy from the way he took care of our appliance and our demands. I also liked that he cleaned up the place before leaving. I expected him to arrive at 3, but he called to say that he could make it earlier if it worked for me too. These are the kind of techs I want to work with! I surely recommend them.
