Their serviceman replaced the heating element in my dryer in March 2016 which cost me $315.00. The heating element went again in August 2016. I called them to come and replace it a second time and they said not to worry, the part was covered for 6 months. On the day of service, the driver called beforehand and informed me that I was not covered and would have to pay full price for the service and part. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and actually scolded me because I didn't pick up the phone the first time he called because the number came up unavailable! I called the repair place back and was told by someone else the first person had made a mistake and that that part was only covered for 30 days. For this kind of money I could have bought a new dryer! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!! PSE&G will cover any appliance for life for a few dollars added to your bill a month! Definitely worth having them do your repairs instead of this bunch of unprofessional hacks and their henchmen! I would have given no stars, but you have to give them at least one! The one star is under protest!!! Horrible experience!!
