The customer assistance representative calmly responded and told me how the trouble would be resolved. The most praiseworthy of all was that their technician came to fix the problem quickly on the designated time.

I was cleaning up after our dinner party when the garbage disposal wouldn’t start. I thought of calling Appliance Repair Caldwell and scheduled appliance service the next morning. The technician arrived as agreed and was quick to solve the problem. I think he just adjusted something on the controls and the appliance works fine again.

I didn't realize the importance of the freezer gasket till I noticed that the ice-cream was not frozen. We had some major leak there and so I did some online digging and left a message to Appliance Repair Caldwell (I liked the reviews about the company). Ten minutes later this guy called to say he could help in about an hour. It was perfectly fine with me! The freezer gasket was gone and the appliance was checked. Grateful for the great freezer repair and the quick help! Keep up the excellent work!

I found my washer not spinning just yesterday, which led me to call Appliance Repair Caldwell. The repairman was quick to respond. The lid switch assembly was at fault and needed replacement. I only have good words to this company for such professional home appliance repair. The technician was prompt and friendly, service was affordable.

I never thought we would still be able to use our dishwasher. We had our unit set aside for many months now. I only contacted Appliance Repair Caldwell yesterday for a home appliance service after seeing their flyer. They did an excellent dishwasher repair job! I am really impressed. They resurrected our old machine.
