We've ordered a number of appliances from Frank at Appliance Center. The appliances always come in perfect condition. No scratches, dents, etc. Delivery company they use are professional and come within the time window provided. We made the mistake of ordering our refrigerator from Gringer (Frank was having trouble getting it from the distributor as it was a discontinued model and Gringer had it in stock). The fridge came battered and in terrible condition, not to mention the insane delivery issues we had with their delivery company. Costly mistake, but in the end Frank came through and got us different model, which again came in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Appliance Center.

I've bought a number of appliances at this center and always dealt with Frank. I've shopped around before purchasing and always get the best price from here. They have parking right in front of the store so I can always stop in for quick questions. They have been around for awhile and i have never had an issue with the items I got from here. I've bought stoves, range hoods, microwaves, dishwashers, washer/dryers and have never had an issue with the unit or delivery.

We have been trying to get these jokers to deliver a refrigerator to us for weeks. They are horrible and rude. DON'T give them your business. You will regret it instantly. I would give them no stars were it an option.

I have to say I agree with my fellow reviewer, Joseph (although I know nothing of the owner's gambling tendencies)...
I purchased a dryer from these guys this past weekend and agreed to a Monday delivery. On Monday the delivery people never showed and nobody contacted us. At around 4:45 I gave these guys a call to see what was happening - I wasn't upset but I did want an update and resolution. Actually I had left a couple of messages previously that went un-returned.
Whoever answered the phone clearly had no idea how to speak with customers. When I explained my situation the guy gruffly said "That ain't my only problem, believe me." He told me that the delivery van broke down. Although it sounded fishy, I actually thought this was pretty funny and I agreed to arrange for someone to be at my house the following day to receive the dryer. The person from the company promised to call me first thing in the morning to let me know when I could expect the delivery...
*sigh*. At 1PM I still had heard nothing so gave the company a ring again. This time the same guy answered and was hostile from the beginning. He told me the dryer would be there "in a couple hours." I said..."well, someone was supposed to contact me this morning...I arranged for someone to be there and it's pretty inconvenient..." He said it wouldn't do any good for him to call me, to which I stated "Well, you promised to call and I need to keep updated so I can tell the guy who's waiting at my house."
I told him that I didn't want to argue with him about it but that I would have appreciated it if he would have followed through. He answered that he didn't want to argue either then went into quite a rant (he also told me he was the owner but I don't know if this was true). I tried a few times to interject, which apparently frustrated him, and he hung up on me. I called back immediately (twice) and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message that I was going to reverse the credit card transaction and that I no longer wanted to do business with him. He never called me back.
Look, I don't want to say anything about this person's character (actually I DO, but I won't) but he has to be the most frustrating person I've ever dealt with in a transaction. I'm an easy-going person and he managed to upset me quite a bit.
I wholeheartedly advise people to avoid this business. It's a shame because I just purchased a two-family house and we're replacing all the kitchen appliances in the spring - so if he was at least humane to me I would have happily given him my business.

I wanted a nice washer and found some cheap prices online. I tried to get PC Richards to match them but they said they the other vendors were not factory authorized dealers. I searched LG for all authorized dealers in Brooklyn and Appliance Center gave me the lowest quote and free shipping on top of that. They delivered on time, it was the real thing (not a refurb) and is running great for several months now. Nice showroom too. Highly recommended.
