They usto be really good and on top of their game but it seems to me that they have become lazy. The last time I came to this applebee's the hostess gave me the dirtiest look and looked me up and down. I am a huge fan of their Caesar salad and they seem to be getting smaller and smaller.

The service here is just below intermediate, but not bad. Kids get more fries than adults. And waiters/waitresses here aren't really reassuring of their customer's satisfaction(only some of them). The door greeters are good. But what grinds my gears mostly is that kids actually get more fries than adults. Blasphemy. I'm a man and I need a big amount of stuff to eat, not pot belly size but enough to work off hard in the gym the next day. Step up your game Applebee's. You're losing to Friday's quality and service.

One lady was very snotty,when we were about to leave because it was packed,she said ok bye.She was very rudely said that they didn't take reservations.The waiter was ok,but he messed up our drinks.Overall the food was good,but the service was bad.

if it was possible to give no stars i would for this location. i love applebees been to over 20 different locations in nj/ny but this place SUCKS SERVICE TERRIBLE FOOD WAS OLD and out waitress was horrendous ... since when do you serve a customer there food with"excuse me" and throw it in front of them. if your in the mood for Applebees try to find another location because by eating at this specific one it may make you never want applebees again.

I came here last night to eat with some friends and family members. 1st my cousin found a hair on the meat he was eating so disgusting. We told the waitress she didn't seem to care smh... my plate had veggies when I try the cucumbers they tasted like they were expired. the meat had lots of fat around it. I mean come on they only give you a small portion of meat to begin with and to have to take fat out of it makes it even smaller, ill never go there again it was a terrible experience . I've been to other Applebees before never had this problem before. if this are the things that we notice imagine what happens in the kitchen.... Something to think about!!!
