Our waiter Chris was phenomenal in many ways then one. There are a number of things that are going for the place, but ignoring the busy location, he got the job done. He came to take our order in a jiffy, didn't lose out on our interest in what we ordered, and is a hard worker. I appreciate the work he has put and especially am grateful for the birthday surprise for my father. Thank you very much.

Took my girlfriend and a friend of her's to eat here and when we got our food a piece of cooked rubber from gloves that their staff uses was found in the rice. The manager on duty came over and apologized and offered to get another plate. You think they would at least comp her meal off the bill. I had to question them about the bill to only have $8 taken off after waiting an additional 15 mins cause the waiter could find the manager about the bill. Will not be going back here anytime soon.

At the moment of this review I'm in the restaurant. Place is not busy at all but takes forever for your server to swing by for a refill. And it's always the same. Food takes forever to come out and the staff is not very friendly. They bitch and complaint on the back corner about customers complaining for their bad service (like them taking forever, not having napkins or the tables not being very clean)
We been trying to find our waiter for 10 minutes just to get the check. If you could avoid this Applebee's.
I'll give it two stars just because i've been on worst places.

My wife and went for a date night. They had a promotion going on where if they don't tell you their drinks they give you a free appetizer. The waiter forgot to tell us about it. When I mentioned it to him he called me liar. I will not be going there any more.

I love eating at apple bees. Especially happy hour. Me and my family go to apple bees at least twice a month. I just love they drinks lol. They also have great staff as well
