Applebee's

This is the worst place to come. We have waited about 30 min for them to take our order, then the "manager " comes and apologizes. The greeter at the door had a sour look on her face didn't say how many, have a seat or nothing simply the worst ever. Not coming again

My experience from the start was horrible. Once we arrived and requested for a table they said we had to wait 10-15 mins and there were clearly at least 15 empty tables. Once seated our waitress was terrible we got more sorry(s) than service. Waited 20 mins after ordering drinks and they never arrived nor our app...once we asked what's up with the drinks she stated "oh I'm sorry I just took them some glasses bc they had ran out...smh we just left and went to another restaurant..don't go here staff is terrible

The service is extremely slow and they can't even get it right. After waiting 38 mins for someone to take our drinks, we were finally told by a lady in blonde braids that our waitress was busy with another party and she can take our drinks by then we were ready to order our food as well. When the food came out we didn't have enough utensils we had to ask the same lady who took our order even though she wasn't assigned to us. Our waitress Arlene went MIA on numerous occasions... I specifically ask for extra honey in my blackberry ice tea when i asked for a refill (which took her 15 mins) and she did the complete opposite it was so bitter I didn't even drink it and to my surprise once I got the bill there were no free refills which as a waitress she should have informed my party ... also when we asked for togo boxes i asked for 4 & she came with 3 .... like seriously ...other waitresses had to pick up her slack.. there were plenty on empty tables they were not busy at all.. so there's no excuses. We still left a $20 tip on our $97 bill because the food was good but that was still the worst service we have ever received from Applebee's. They seriously need to clean house from waitresses like her.

NEVER COME HERE! Terrible customer service. I was stopped by a cop when attempting to enter the bar, never greeted by any Applebee's staff, and didn't get any cutlery for my meal. They value customers coming to watch the game more than those coming to eat a meal.

Went on 6/22/2015- at 10:20pm/ trying to get 1/2 price offer on appetizers. Was greeting in a friendly manner by waitress and this is were things begin to go sour- Ordered water with lemon for mother and raspberry tea from myself along with an 2 orders of classic chicken for my mother with mild sauce since we were told there was no more spinach dip. For me- I order applechimi to start and 1order of classic chicken with peanut sauce, chicken quesadilla and basket of fries. Told the waitress to make 2 bills. So 30 mins in we received our drinks and 1hour and 15mins we receive of meal after my mother searches the restaurant of the manager. Who then tells her that he has watched us waiting-??? So my question, why didn't you send some1/ or go ur self to see why were waiting so long with just 2 drinks??? In other news , lol- the waitress says she since some1 else originally to bring our food to us?? Mind you we saw her and asked 3 times were is our food??? And she replied its coming.. End of story we left at 12:51am with -$15 off my mothers order and -$12 from mine?? Really..... Message to any1 thinking of going here to sit in DON'T DO IT--- DO CAR TO GO 10-15 MINS UR FOOD WILL BE THERE!!!!!
