My family and I arrived ordered our food at 9:30pm. The waitress didn't bring the food to us until 10:20pm! Unfortunately the food tasted strange. Like everything got cooked in old oil and dirty grill. My kids will eat rocks so they ate the food. I couldn't eat it. It was so gross. This is the first time we have an experience like this. I'm wondering if they have new management?!

WARNING !! Happy hour, not so happy! SICK for two days after drinking dirty Tap beer at this location.
HORRIBLE customer service from manager on duty Ira.
After showing him the problem, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
STAY AWAY!!!

I am a regular customer here. My family loves this place. Friendly staff. Food is awesome. My wife likes the Bahama Mama & Pina Colada they have. Very nice atmosphere. A great place to bring family & friends. Best Applebees I have ever been to.
