First and foremost, keep in mind that Applebee's Restaurants in malls do things slightly different than stand alone stores that you may be used to.
Despite first appearances, there's plenty of seating, and what line there is for a table usually moves quickly, and thankfully so since there is VERY little place to sit and wait for your table. On the upside, the times we have eaten here, the food has been very good if not in quite the portions of stand alone stores. On the downside, small differences like the 3 cheese chicken penne not having a breadstick may be a deal breaker if that's what you have your heart set on.

This place doesn't deserve to be in business.
From managers to wait staff rude assholes and don't even care about properly seating customers. As we waited for 30 pls minutes about 5 or 6 parties were seated before us.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE

Horrible service took about 10 minutes after we sat down to place our order. Then just to get our drinks we were there for 30 minute. When they gave us the plates for the appetizersthe plates were dirty, then they brought the wrong appetizer. Very disappointed and will never dine here again.

I was there yesterday (5/12/15) and the waiter was really nice to me and my wife, but the management there is really bad, they had this kid running around trying to take care of everybody and on the meanwhile I was clearly seen about 5 waitresses just sitting around and joking while I was waiting to get attended for a good 30mins. Great food, but lack of management.
