Applebee's

Before coming into the restaurant we read the reviews and didn't think the experience would be so great, but as we ate we had a great experience. We were greated by the bartender Rijelle and she was nothing but nice! She was dealing with a bar full of customers and stayed on top of everything. If we ever come back to this area of New York we would eat here again! 5 stars, great job to the staff very professional.

We were greated by a hostess she was great and also our waitress very polite friendly.and not to mention our food it was off the chain Applebee is the a good place to dine and hve drinks..

The service here is incredibly amazing. ..good wine,food,and the people here are great so many tvs for sports most of all I love the drinks the manager Alfredo is the best, true professional and amazing customer service, ,,,,THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL AT HOME

Worst applebees I've ever been too.. called a hour in advance for 25 wings and it's not ready yet?? Bullsh*t. Customer service is horrible... managers just don't care.. close this place down smh

First of all we were greeted by a hostess with a tongue ring and heavy accent. Now I could care less what country you're from or what color your skin is, but please choose a profession that suits you. We had to have her repeat everything at least three times. Everyone there had a serious or pissed off look on their face like they would rather be somewhere else. Its not my fault that you decided not to go to school or choose a different profession. Waitresses and hostesses need to at least smile every so often and act like they care a little about the customer who pays their salary when it all comes down to it. I don't understand who hires these people. Anyway the food was decent came rather quick waitress forgot to give me my French onion soup till the end of the meal but that's okay we're all human beings. The staff needs a serious attitude adjustment. Or at least not allowed to play with their cell phones instead of attending to the customer's needs
