Applebee's

This place is a joke. Literally AND I MEAN LITERALLY , 6 open tables and the dumb , inexperienced unprofessional MANAGER says " the staff is OVERWHELMED and the kitchen is backed up"!!! Hahahahahah on a sat night u have a big chain resteraunt like this place and u cant even employ people with at least half a brain to at least fill the tables that are in your resteraunt before u panic and say your overwhelmed!!!!! Wow i hate to see wat they say if all the tables were occupied and 2-3 waiters/waitresses's call out sick that was a joke and pathetic that applebees has meat heads running that place!! Absolutely pathetic i do not recamend this place to anyone terrible rude nasty imbeciles working there!!

The only thing I liked about it was tgat I got the orienta salad to go in 10 minutes, am glad about that but there is nothing worst tHan giving a person some one else's left over .
When I order my salad fron them to pickup I don't check it, we'll I shouldn't check the damn food anyways. I ordered a Grilled orienta salad for my lunch break and it came out in 10 minutes , rushed back to work just 5 minutes away, got to work open up the salad it was half the quantity because I have bought the salad to go many time from the bayplaza location so I know how it should look, 4 strip of grill chicken and when I started eating I saw a piece of fried chicken and the salad was mostly carrot.
I don't know if they ran out of salad then take it out off theenu for the time, or the cook was just been damn lazy .
The one thing I hate more than waiting hours for food is giving me some one else's left over damn food , what if tgat person is freaky sick and I get contaminated.
Your take out service is really bad , the mix my orders a lot when I do take , but your eat-in service is better . You guys have to fix that .

Terrible place to go out and eat. Went with family waiter was terrible took about 20 mins to get water never got about 3 or 4 orders still was charged and over charged didn't even eat my meal because I did not get the food until and hour and a half later so I lost my appetite. Waiter named Aaron couldn't get the order or do things properly from the beginning we asked if he could get someone else or if he can have someone help him but he said he got it clearly he just wanted a larger tip then when asked to cancel orders because we were still waiting he disappeared and ignored us for about another half hour to only over charge us and bill us for things that weren't served or never even received clearly over taxed and wanted to much of the autocrats just because we were sitter next to a larger group of people whom we were not with.

Service was a bit slow and the waitress disappeared for an inordinate amount of time. Simple waiting skills need to be improved such as not allowing the drinks to go empty without being asked if we would like a refill for 15-20 minutes, and the main course and appetizers came out simultaneously a good 35-40 minutes after ordering. The manager when summoned explained that due to the kitchen overcooking the food that we ordered it to be redone and that was the cause of the delay. He also comped us for the apps, to make up for the delay. Overall not a terrible dining experience, but being a fairly new place in an area with plenty of competition, the waitstaff needs improvement.

The best Applebee's that I've been to. Food was good, drinks were great and the service was on point. The setup of the restaurant is family friendly.
