The first Apple Store in the US featuring an alternative design, this store was opened in August 2016. Friendly staff and very good overall impression (we also got the chance to try and wear as many watch bands as we liked, and the staff was really kind and patient). Would definitely recommend it.

Came in with my girlfriend to pickup an Apple watch I ordered online. We approach Sally and she basically took us under her wing. She gave us a tour of the facility and sat down to explain how to set up and operate the apple watch. MIND YOU SHE'S WALKING ON A BOOT! Apple you need more dedicated employees like her !

Located inside the WTC Hub Westfield Mall, this Apple Store is another (almost unnecessary) addition to the chain of stores in the NYC area. It's the only Apple Store I've ever seen where there's 2 floors, with stairs connecting both levels. The employees are really great, and there's security guards as well. (4 Stars because their products are always extremely overpriced, a fact.)
