Very rude staff working by the door. These people gave me impression they were more of Apple fan boys than to help customers to address their concerns and issues. I had issue with my new Macbook Air's uneven and crooked touchpad and their response was very generic and standoffish. Ive had several Apple laptops over the years but the latest one showed signs of slipping Apple quality control. Apple is not cool anymore.

Don't waste your time. Had an appointment for 215, with a "short wait". 315 rolls around, I ask why other people that came later are getting called up before me. It's clear they forgot to check me in, get sat at the Genius Bar immediately. Wait another 20 minutes, noone helps me. Manox seemed sincerely apologetic, but the level of incompetence in this store/ company is unreal. I've had better luck at the Upper East Side store, even though the 14th St. store is more convenient for me to get to.

I scheduled an appointment online for my broken ipad and went in on a Sunday. I was confused as to where I was to go but was directed by staff. I made my way to the third floor and checked in. The apple member that assisted me was super nice. My ipad screen had gone dark. It turned out that my only option was to get a new one of my old ipad for $250 or buy a new edition ipad on my own. I opted to just walk away.
Minus one star bc they didnt fix the dead ipad. RIP.

Really cool 3 story Apple Store! Tons of things to look at! The middle floor is mostly devoted to accessories and you can try out most things! The store is really busy because it is in a good location. It is usually hard to ask a question because the employees are helping so many other people, but if you know what you want, or want to try it out a little it is great!!

Was great he assisted me and helped me with my issue and took care of it in the store.. I am forever grateful for his help.. Great customer service goes a long way with me. When you genuinely help someone because you see their need and understand the importance of it and you help you are a great manager.. Thanks David I can hear now..
