Apple Store

Very good experience today. I had an idea what I wanted when I went in but still wanted feedback from sales associate. Sy was great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in and out with 20 mins with my new MacBook!

Smaller than the flagship store. Slower service. But other wise what you'd expect from an Apple store.

ok. Apple stores are cool but I don't understand why you can never get a same say appointment at the Genius Bar. Also while the merchandise is cool and the ability to pay with your iPhone is very cool the prices are always high and most the stuff to be obtained elsewhere at a lower cost

I have a business account with apple. This is the only spple store i've been to that hires unprofessional service representitives. I arrives to the store yesterday ready to purchase a few items like i always do. I told the young lady that i needed 6 iphone 6s, 6 ipad and before i could finish she told me to wait and she walked away?! I felt disrespected so I left the store. This wasted my time and energy for the day.

I went to the Manhasset store on October-27th, and I was not impressed with the store's staff. First, I asked the saleswoman to describe how Tile works, and she could not help me. She read me the product's summary off its box! Next, I asked two salesmen to describe and play Mu-So by Naim bluetooth speaker. Neither of them knew how to work/describe the sound system. They informed me, that only one person in the store could help me but that he was busy helping another customer. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me but it never happened. Therefore, I read about the sound system and Tile product on my iphone( Go figure). I purchased 4 Tiles that cost $69.95 and then left. I should have gone on Amazon and purchased the Tiles. Stores wonder why customers shop online. Well, why leave your house and go to an Apple Store that has a staff that is not knowledgeable about the store's merchandise.
