Apple Store

A good one like others. Easy to reserve a Genius Bar slot and the guy were good. Solved my problem very quickly.

My first experience was horrible with some employees not caring about what they were doing. Waited 30 minutes to be helped to simply send a phone up from the back, and they even sold me a phone for the wrong provider to rush me out 15 minutes to closing. Plenty of time to make sure what they were doing was right. However, I went the next day to correct the issue and the tech guy at the Genius Bar who helped me was very helpful and knew his stuff. He cared about what he did and you could tell. The salesman I dealt with afterwards was better than the kid on the night crew. It's the only Apple Store on the island so go if you need to

Positive experience while at the store. The employee took time to explain the benefits and features of Apple care. Sorted out my iPad without any hesitation.

I was told I could pick up my phone in 2-3 hours. It had a broken screen. I went there after about 6 hours and waited for about 25 mins and then was told that it's not ready yet and told me to come back next day since it was closing time. I went back next day and had to wait another 30 mins before I got my phone back. Very unprofessional service at this location. The repair was done correctly and not having any issues. The service need to be improved. For service they get 0 star. For repair they get 5 stars.

mananger Joe Abel very rude and was not helpful.. i have been sitting at this bs store for 2 hours on the phone with apple care they telling me one thing and the store itself telling me different!! They need to get on the same page and help customers who actually pay for the warranty instead of bullshitting with each other!
