Horrible in every form. Listen up people they shaft you which in term means take your had earned money for services they don't do . Customer service is bullshit it's the people in the store saying that it's there customers service to buy time and feed you bullshit. prices don't get me started on that they charge you 75% from what they originally pay . Unlocking phones are free as long as you have a higher OS no software needed just swap the sim and bamm done , esn checks are free just go to Google search engine and search free esn check . Overall never let a phone store fool you again , Broadway electronic is real service ! I've worked for apples n Berrys personally and seen what goes on, they don't even have time to pay me after a month but the company speaks for itself like this comment . BEWARE you have bin warned !

0 stars is what I want to give them. I called just to find out the price of the back plate of an iphone 4. They said they cant give prices over the phone. I was not trying to have them repair it just wanted the price of the actual product they sell, do they not have fixed prices or depending how they feel that day the price will change. Completely a joke and you just lost a sale from someone who fixes phones regularly.

they held my phone for over 2 weeks. and told me it woudl be done tomorrow, tomorrrow, tomorrow. worst customer service ever. i was at a point where i was recording phone calls preparing to take them to court.
