Like in apple store, walk-in wait times are long, but they gave great advice and awesome service in my time in need (Luis was super awesome). Found the issue with my macbook pro without it costing a thing.

- Terrible #219506

The most horrible help i could get at an apple store. I tould the guy my phone would not turn on or charge and he goes to the back to check it out and comes back in two seconds. Its obvious he didnt check anything, i last longer using the sink to wash my hands. His solution was i can buy a new phone for $300 when im not even done paying off my current phone. They obviously are trained to just have people spend more and not to help
