Forget the fact that they give you an appointment, you show up on time and still wait 45 minutes or more to get into a seat. I wish that was the only problem.
Do not call these people unless you only want something small done like teeth cleaning or a lesson on how to brush your teeth.
I had all of my wisdom teeth removed and all of my top teeth plus some on the bottom. They made dentures for me that didn't fit and didn't offer to do anything to fix the problem. Here I am 2 years later and still have no teeth.
When they found out that the work they did was wrong they just laughed and said "Eric, I don't know what to tell you. You will have to call somebody else"
I would have been better off with the bad teeth in my mouth. For the last two years I haven;t been able to eat solid food.
I seriously would not recommend that anyone go here ever.

The dentists and assistants are professional but sadly the receptionist is not - she behaves very poorly with patients. It's definitely not a one-off thing as I have personally experienced and observed her belligerent behavior with others on more than one occasion. It has reached the point where I have decided to look for another practice, which is sad because the dentists are great.

This practice would do well to hire a more suitable receptionist, it's a shame to get bad reviews and to miss out on patients just because of one weak link.

This is the worst dentistry I have ever seen. I do not know if the dentist good or not, because when I first time went there, they assigned me a temporary dentist, who cleaned my teeth very quickly and not carefully. Then the nurse took X-ray for me, but she made my tongue and gum painful, my tears almost down. The worst part is the receptionist. The lady is really rude, mean, impatient, and has a strong sense of racial discrimination, making me feel uncomfortable. I was so angry when she hanged up on me so rude, she even did not give me a chance to talk, then I called back and told her " to be honest, I feel your service is awful", then she hanged on me immediately, and never answered my phone any more, so I am unable to call them to transfer my document to new dentist, and have to call our insurance company and new dentistry to do this for me.

The office is so terrible, which, I believe, will make their patients feel uncomfortable, upset and humiliated.

This is not a good place if you want a smile, you will not get a smile from people working there, especially the lady answering the phone, and you will not make yourself smile at that place , either.

The dentist's work was fine, but the office was very poorly managed. Last minute calls to change appointment times, no rescheduling done by the office when closed for bad weather, no calls to let you know your items had arrived from the lab, long waits for very standard visits.

I am the stereotypical fear the dentist guy that let his mouth get horrendously bad. Dr Sheth and her staff encouraged me on a long road and now my life is simply better. I forgot how wonderful it is to smile and it is all thanks to their communication, empathy and overall style that I can. Thanks guys for all the smiles.
