Love my doctors, been with him for about 16-17 years and with his sister for about 2-3 BUT some of the receptionists are rude and r a r e l y pick up he phone. When you're in the office you never hear the phone ring because the phone is most likely on mute. It can be frustrating if you don't have patience but I love my doctors so I ignore them. They need to hire me instead honestly.

I truly like my daughter's doctor because I went to him since she was born literally (got her first shots there) HOWEVER, trying to contact the office to make a appointment is like trying to perform brain surgery then when I go into the office its like 5 or 6 nurses (or whatever they are, pretty sure their not certified) and i'm wondering how is ANY call being missed if ALL of these people work there. SICKENING AND DISTURBING!!!!!!!!!!

This office needs a serious lesson in efficiency and professionalism. The office workers are rude and sarcastic, and making a simple appointment or getting a prescription refilled is an exasperating experience. Even something as simple as getting a form filled out becomes an exercise in futility –and this is after you’ve paid the extra fee for filling out said forms! The only thing keeping me tethered to this office is that the doctors there are genuinely caring and competent practitioners.

You can never get the office on the phones,they cancel your appointments without telling you,when you arrive for your appointments that is when they tell you it was cancel as no DR is there to see you.

The facility is not clean.. Seen roaches there.. I had an appt and waited more than three hours for the receptionist to tell me the doctor left and I'm have to reschedule waste of my time when I had to take a day off of work.. If u need forms to be filled out for anything be prepared to wait MONTHS for that form to be completed and returned to you.
