Attached to Holiday Inn. Long wait to get into lot at peak times. Line backs up onto 57th street. Long wait to get your car and an unacceptable $2 surcharge to use a credit card. There are better places in the area.

My car was " broken into and damage was done to the center console trying to remove stereo. Talked to the manager who just gave me a hard time. Not secure parking.

I parked my van there back in august and it got damaged. The manager Valdir Santos, took responsibility . They paid to have my van repaired. They did not pay the full estimate since they thought it was too high but we came to an agreement which I was happy with. They also offered to fix the van if I could take to their body shop but I live too far away. I am very happy they were honest and took responsibility.
