There are a lot of advantages to this development that have really made our lives a lot easier. As with everything in life it is heavily subjective but if you can match up your life style processes with the benefits they are offering you are golden.
1. 7 minute walk to the station - We only own 1 car and I only drive at the weekends.
2. 56-70 minute train ride to NYC and so far I have had very little issue with reliability even in the snow storms
3. They plow the parking lot, clear the side walks and you only have to push the snow from behind your car.
4. It got some great spaces for working from home whilst not actually being in your apartment. Especially the grand lounge which has super high ceilings and is very light and bright.
5. The apartments have high ceilings, lots of windows and July 4th celebration fireworks go off all around.
6. The pool is a great feature with life guard.
7. The heating bills are a fraction of a stand alone house which helps when calculating what the place is costing you.
8. The maintenance team even change your blown light bulbs.
9. They have a dog park
10. The access to everything in the area is fantastic.
