Worse place I have ever lived. I used to hear everything my neighbors said. I had roach problems. Every floor has super small public laundry rooms. These apartments see not great by any means.

At first glance Tysen's may seem like an okay place to live, however when you live in Tysen's you truly realize what a bad place it is. Rats and roaches roam the halls that are littered with trash. Unruly kids use the grounds to deal drugs and brandish weapons. The security guards are worse than the criminals. The maintenance crew is the biggest group of incompetent morons I have ever had to deal with. A monkey in a maintenance uniform could do a better job than these invalids. Tysen's is not the place to call home. It is more like a prison that is ruled by the prisoners, a prison with very, very high rent.
