Any Garment Cleaners

Have been going here for 8+years. Witnessed their customer service turn from good to mediocre to horrendous. Read reviews but never had anything happen til now. I brought 7 shirts. 2 dry clean 5 laundry. Repeated my directions 3x since it was many items. Receipt read 5 dry clean 2 laundry. More $$ for them. I asked the hispanic older lady to simply change the order and she RUDLY treated me as if i was a child of hers. Refused to even let me finish my sentences and explain how i didnt want to be charged for a service i didnt request. She said "manager doenst let me void".

This business is epitome of "the customer is NEVER right". Cheap prices but customer service is rediculous.

WATCH OUT FOR OLDER HISPANIC LADY. She dont care about ur items!! Just your $$$$$$$$$!!!

I don't like there is no sign of the hours... The young lady is rude... They often say they don't dry clean items they dry cleaned before and when I question them they said they changed policy... No sign of what their policy is so how would I know they have been changed...A few times my items comes back smells like some other person perfume... This place is the worst !!!

My clothes came out dirty, the service is terrible, after I pointed it out, the lady worker just said, "that's the best they can do". Terrible service, terrible cleaning. Don't go here, the price of 1.99 is not worth the trouble!

absolute criminals will lose your clothes and refuse to reimburse, stay away

Dishonest folks. I paid 20 dollars bill for a 7 dollar receipt and they returned 3 dollars. I didn't check it right there and came home. When I realized I called them with 2 hours and they said they will check. Till date they claim there was no overage that day and hence they don't owe me anything. @&$@
