Excellent and friendly

I purchased a Groupon for one full-body spray tan at Antonio Michael Salon. I wanted to get a spray tan before my island vacation, so as soon as I bought the Groupon, I called the salon to make an appointment. The salon did not advertise in their Groupon that they only have one person at the salon who can do spray tans, and she only works Wednesdays-Saturdays. That being said, I easily could have gotten my spray tan on the Wednesday before I left for vacation (which happens to be the next day, a Thursday). I made my appointment, and about a week later the salon called me to say the ONE person who does spray tans took off the Wednesday of my appointment, so the next soonest appointment I could get was the Saturday before I left for vacation; a full 5 days before my vacation, and my spray tan would be basically faded away by then. The salon wouldn't let me use my Groupon value towards another service, ie waxing, so basically, my Groupon purchase is wasted. Horrible customer service! They did NOT want to help me out in any way. I will be contacting Groupon for a refund.

I purchased a keratin treatment deal on groupon for 99.00...My stylist was Tracy she was amazing, attentive, and very professional...I was VERY happy with the results and service.
