We attended a christening not too long ago and were reminiscing about how awful the service was. We were in the upstairs room where they brought mops and buckets through because the bathroom overflowed! How the manager chastised my aunt when she complained thst there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no apology when the manager/waiter dumped a plate of linguini and calm sauce on my son's head. The list goes on but I'll leave it there. Horrible service. Okay food. Beautiful room... the only redeeming quality.
